Students awaiting declaration of EAMCET ranks results will get their info on the 1st of July, 2011. These marks are on the entrance test in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India, and will help students with admission to various graduation courses.
The EAMCET ranks will be announced at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H). There will be added 25% weight for the intermediate marks based on the supplementary results data that was obtained. The 600 marks receiving additional weightage will take into account subjects such as math, physics, chemistry, botany and zoology.
EAMCET is the Engineering and Medical Entrance Test, administered annually. Engineering and Medical applicants take this test administered by JNTU in Hyderabad. In 2010, there was a delay in conducting this exam due to Telangana agitation and floods in Kurnool. There were 367,369 students who showed up to take the important test on May 30, 2010, with the majority in the engineering field.
